Noel Azzopardi is the Co-Owner and Head Chef at Kaiseki. With years of experience in the culinary industry, Noel has worked as Head Chef in several prestigious establishments, including Hotel Juliani, Hilton Malta and Hyatt Regency. Throughout his career, he has received numerous accolades, including Chef of the Year in both 2011 and 2020, and represented Malta in international culinary competitions as part of the Maltese National Team for six years.
Noel is also one of the Head Chefs leading Welbee’s Gourmet Counters, where he and the team prepare a selection of fresh daily dishes and hot food to go for our customers to enjoy. Our Welbee’s Gourmet Counters can currently be found at Mellieħa, Pendergardens, Spinola, Sliema, Campus Hub and Shoreline Mall.
