Brown Ftira Ġbejna Pizza

1 Brown Ftira
1 Fresh Ġbejna (drained)
1tbsp Parmesan (grated)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
1tsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Mozzarella (grated)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small baking tray if needed.

2. Prepare the ftira
Slice the ftira in half horizontally (like a sandwich). Place it cut-side up on the baking tray.

3. Make the topping
In a bowl: Crumble the ġbejna. Add Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Assemble
Spread the ġbejna mixture evenly over the ftira halves. Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top.

5. Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until: The cheese is melted and slightly golden The bread is crisp around the edges

6. Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Slice and serve warm.
