Cream Cheese Pinwheels
List of Ingredients
Instructions
Prepare the spinach
Make sure the cooked spinach is fully thawed (if frozen). Squeeze out as much excess water as possible to avoid a soggy filling.
Make the creamy filling
Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chopped dill and mix well.
Add the main ingredients
Fold in the cubed ham and drained spinach. Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.
Assemble the wraps
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla.
Roll and shape
Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. For easier serving, slice into halves or bite-sized pinwheels.
Optional: toast lightly
For extra texture, place the wraps in a dry pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Serve
Serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
