Easy homemade doner-style spicy beef, served in a taco shell with veggies & Mexican salsa.

List of Ingredients

500g Lean Minced Beef
Taco Shells
Taco Spice
Cabbage (shredded)
1 Red Pepper (finely cubed)
1 Avocado (peeled & cubed)
1 Onion (finely sliced)
Cheddar (mature, shredded)
Salsa Dip (to serve)

Instructions

1

1. Prepare the toppings

Shred the cabbage and place in a bowl. Finely chop the red pepper and slice the onion. Peel and cube the avocado. Grate the cheddar cheese. Set everything aside for easy assembly.

2. Cook the beef

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the minced beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up as it browns. Stir in the taco spice mix and a splash of water (if needed). Cook for another 2–3 minutes until well coated and flavorful.

Heat taco shells in the oven according to package instructions (about 2–3 minutes) until crisp.

4. Assemble the tacos

Fill each taco shell with the cooked beef. Top with shredded cabbage, red pepper, onion, and avocado. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Serve

Add a spoonful of salsa on top or serve on the side. Enjoy immediately while the shells are crisp.
