Naan bread is not just perfect to dip in curries and sauces. Create a quick and delicious pizza by topping it up with your favourite ingredients.

List of Ingredients

2 Plain Naan Bread
2 Small Shallots
30g Ready-Made Pesto
200g Cooked Chicken Breast
50g Walnuts
250g Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

1. Preheat

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare a grill/pan over medium heat.

2. Prepare the naan

Lay the naan breads on a baking tray or heatproof surface. Spread 15g pesto evenly over each naan.

3. Add toppings

Distribute shredded chicken over the pesto. Sprinkle thinly sliced shallots and chopped walnuts on top. Cover with shredded mozzarella evenly.

4. Cook

Bake in the oven or grill for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.

5. Serve

Slice and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
