Tuna & Bulgur Wraps

Quick lunch fix. Delicious tuna chunks and seasoned bulgar wheat enclosed in a crunchy toasted tortilla wrap.

List of Ingredients

200g Bulgar Wheat
2 Tortilla Original
1 large Tuna in Sunflower Oil
1tbsp Butter Spread
1/2pkt Tuna & Pasta Bake Mix

Instructions

1. Cook the bulgur wheat

Place the bulgur wheat in a pot with water (according to package instructions). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–12 minutes until tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.

2. Prepare the tuna mixture

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the drained tuna and break it up gently. Stir in the tuna & pasta bake mix along with a small splash of water or milk. Cook for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and creamy.

3. Combine with bulgur

Add the cooked bulgur wheat to the tuna mixture and mix well until evenly combined.

4. Warm the tortillas

Heat tortillas in a dry pan or oven for 1–2 minutes until soft and pliable.

5. Assemble the wraps

Spoon the tuna bulgur mixture onto each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll into wraps.

6. Serve

Serve warm, optionally with a side salad or extra sauce.
