Carrot Wraps

A healthy, flavour packed wrap, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner!

List of Ingredients

For the Wrap
1½ Packets shredded carrots (300g)
3 Eggs
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper
1-2 tsp Bagel seasoning
For the Filling
4 tbsp Garlic & herb cream cheese
1 Can Tuna Drained
1 Small Avocado
1 Medium Tomato
1 Cup Vegetables of choice
2 tbsp Garlic mayo

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Wrap Mixture

In a bowl, mix together the shredded carrots, eggs, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the Wrap Base

Spread the mixture onto an oven dish lined with baking paper, flattening it out evenly to form the wrap base.

Add the Seasoning

Sprinkle bagel seasoning over the top.

Bake the Wrap

Bake until firm and golden brown, approximately 20–25 minutes.

Cool the Wrap

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.

Add the Filling

Spread garlic & herb cream cheese over the wrap, then add tuna, avocado, tomato, vegetables of choice, and a drizzle of garlic mayo.

Wrap & Serve

Carefully roll the wrap, slice if desired, and enjoy!
