1Promoter

The promotion is organised by Retail Marketing Limited, operators of Welbee’s Supermarkets (“Welbee’s” or the “Promoter”).

2Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 19 August 2026 until 27 September 2026 inclusive. Qualifying purchases must be completed during this period.

3Eligibility

Participation is open to persons 18 years of age or over who are registered members of the Welbee’s loyalty programme. Employees of Welbee’s, participating partners, agencies, suppliers directly involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4How to Participate

To participate, customers must:

• spend €100 or more in a single transaction at any participating Welbee’s supermarket or through welbees.mt during the promotion period; and
• scan or use their Welbee’s loyalty App/Card at checkout, or have their loyalty account correctly associated with the qualifying online order.

Each qualifying transaction of €100 or more will constitute one entry into the draw, regardless of the total amount spent above €100.

5Qualifying Spend

The €100 minimum spend is calculated on the final transaction value after any discounts or promotional deductions have been applied. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions will not qualify and may be removed from the draw.

6Prizes

There will be four prizes:

• One (1) Apple MacBook Air 13.6" Retina, with an approximate retail value of €1,500, supplied by SCAN; and
• Three (3) €50 Papier stationery vouchers.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Should a prize become unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

7Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries under the supervision and requirements applicable to the relevant Malta Gaming Authority permit.

The draw will take place during the first week of October.

The MacBook winner will be drawn first, followed by the three Papier voucher winners. A participant may win only one prize under this promotion.

8Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details registered with their Welbee’s loyalty account.

Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within five (5) working days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible or cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, Welbee’s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9Prize Collection

Winners may be required to present a valid identification document and their Welbee’s loyalty App/Card when collecting the prize.

Prizes must be collected within the period stipulated by the Promoter and, in any event, within the period permitted under the applicable MGA authorisation.

10Verification

Welbee’s reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions and participant eligibility. Any entry resulting from an incomplete, cancelled, refunded, manipulated or otherwise invalid transaction may be disqualified.

11Personal Data

Personal data collected or processed in connection with the promotion will be used for the administration of the giveaway, verification of eligibility, contacting winners and satisfying any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Welbee’s applicable Privacy Policy.

Where required by law or by the Malta Gaming Authority, information relating to winning entries may be disclosed to the relevant authorities.

12Publicity

The names of the winners may be announced through Welbee’s official communication channels following confirmation of their eligibility, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

13General Conditions

Welbee’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the promotion, provides false information or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Welbee’s may amend, suspend or terminate the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any applicable regulatory approval and without adversely affecting prizes already validly won.

14Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malta and are subject to the requirements of the Malta Gaming Authority and any other applicable Maltese legislation.
