Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign organiser and period

The promotion is organised by Retail Marketing Ltd and is valid from 22 October to 31 October 2026, inclusive.

2. Participating supermarkets

The promotion is available at all Welbee’s supermarkets: Balluta, Campus Hub, Mellieħa, Naxxar, Paceville, Qawra, Sliema, Spinola, St Venera and Shoreline. Online purchases through welbees.mt are excluded.

3. Participation requirements

The promotion is available to active Welbee’s Loyalty members with sufficient points in their account for their chosen redemption tier. Customers must present their Loyalty Card or scan their Welbee’s App before payment.

4. Redemption tiers

Members may redeem loyalty points for an instant discount when meeting the corresponding minimum qualifying spend:

Qualifying spend above €200

For qualifying spends above €200, the same redemption multiples continue in €100 increments only. For every additional €100 qualifying spend, members may redeem an additional 4,000 points, retain an additional €8 cashback, and receive an additional €22 instant discount.

Intermediate amounts such as €250, €350, €450, etc. do not constitute separate redemption tiers. The applicable tier will be based on the highest completed €100 increment.

For example:

A qualifying spend of €250 therefore falls within the €200 tier, while €350 falls within the €300 tier.

5. Qualifying spend and exclusions

All purchases qualify except tobacco products and BCRS deposit charges. These do not count towards the minimum qualifying spend and are excluded from the anniversary instant discount. BCRS deposit charges are also excluded from cashback calculations.

The minimum qualifying spend must be reached in a single transaction, after other applicable discounts and before applying the anniversary instant discount. Separate receipts cannot be combined.

6. Repeat participation

Customers may participate an unlimited number of times during the campaign, provided each separate transaction meets the qualifying conditions and sufficient loyalty points are available. There is no daily redemption limit.

7. Use with other offers

The promotion may be used alongside discounted products, loyalty offers, coupons and other vouchers. The minimum qualifying spend must still be met after applicable discounts.

8. Cashback and total savings

Customers retain the cashback shown for their qualifying tier in addition to receiving the anniversary instant discount. Cashback remains subject to the usual Welbee’s cashback redemption conditions.

“Total savings” refers to the combined value of the instant discount and cashback. It does not mean the full amount is deducted immediately from the bill.

9. Applying the offer

Customers must request points redemption before completing payment. The corresponding points will be deducted from the customer’s loyalty account when the redemption is completed.

The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases. The anniversary instant discount cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. General conditions

The standard Welbee’s Loyalty Programme terms and conditions continue to apply except where expressly varied by these campaign terms. Customers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Eligibility

This redemption benefit is available only to active Welbee’s Loyalty customers. Inactive Loyalty accounts are not eligible to participate.

As outlined in the Welbee’s Loyalty Terms & Conditions, Loyalty Cards which have not been used at least once during a period of 13 calendar months will be considered inactive and will be deleted from the system.

Any accumulated points will consequently be lost and deleted without prior notice to the Loyalty Card account holder.

Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
